Podcasts

Our classic Purim Story for Kids, from Have I Got a Story For You! is a family-friendly version of the story narrated by Rita Toomey.

Beyond the Bookcase, our podcast for older kids, includes the episode The Big Bad Wolf and the Purimspiel. It's time for the Purimspiel, the annual performance that tells the story of Purim. The kids are trying to decide which characters everyone will play, but they can't get Jacob to settle on a role. Once again transported to the land of Mashal, they meet Bubbe and a not-so-bad wolf named Zev. He's having his own trouble finding his role in Mashal's Purim carnival. They'll all have to work together to help both Zev and Jacob pick the perfect part.

Younger listeners will love Kiddo Learns About Purim, our Purim episode of Afternoons with Mimi. It's time for the annual Purim carnival! Oh no - Kiddo doesn't have his costume ready. Luckily, Mimi is an expert at putting together fun and fabulous dress-up outfits. While Kiddo gets ready, Mimi answers his big questions about Purim traditions. Learn more (and find your own last minute costume tutorials) at our Purim Hub.

Listen to them all wherever you enjoy podcasts.
