We Welcome All Jewish Families

PJ Library welcomes the incredible diversity of Jewish experience. We hope that our stories will inspire your whole family to explore and celebrate what you love about Jewish life, whatever that looks like for you. Your family doesn’t need any particular amount of Jewish knowledge or religious observance. You don’t even have to all be Jewish — many PJ Library families are a beautiful blend of Jewish and non-Jewish members.

The PJ Library experience grows along with kids, sending the best picture books for their age from birth through age 8, then giving 9-12-year-olds the chance to choose their own middle-grade book each month.
