Grandparent Enrollment Form

Great News! Grandparents can receive a taste of PJ Library (for free!). Fill out the information below to sign up the grandparents in your life for special mailings and emails from PJ Library.

Interested in signing up multiple grandparent households? Follow the prompts after you click submit to enroll another household. Grandparents must have a grandchild with a current PJ Library subscription. Visit the FAQ page for more details.

A confirmation email will be sent to grandparents 8-10 days after the form is submitted. Grandparents will also receive monthly emails from PJ Library with activities and recipes for them to do with their grandchild(ren).

Referral codes were sent to PJ Library families' homes (on a large postcard) and inboxes (subject line: Grandparents can get PJ Library too!).
