About this Community

Welcome to PJ Library in Greater Tacoma and the South Puget Sound! If you love cuddling with your kid(s) and reading together, this is perfect for you. Every child receives a FREE Jewish children's book every month in the mail ! The books are about Jewish holidays and values like being kind to others and making the world a better place. They are kid tested, age appropriate, and beautifully illustrated! You will enjoy the books as much as your children do.

The Tacoma UJA/Jewish Community Fund believes that enriching Jewish learning is important to children and their families, as well as for our community. Sharing these books as a family we hope will be entertaining and educational -- sparking discussion and exploration about Jewish topics. PJ Library is available to all families with a Jewish connection and interfaith families are welcome!

If you know a family that would enjoy this PJ Library experience – parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles – please contact us for information about participating. The Tacoma UJA/Jewish Community Fund hopes being part of the PJ Library program brings joy and Jewish learning to your family.

Sign up today and tell your friends! Please enroll the grandparents in your family, too: https://pjlibrary.org/beyond-books/grandparents
