1 sheet of matza
4 tablespoons of ricotta cheese
Fresh fruit of your choice
Honey, to taste


  1. Break the matza into four pieces.
  2. Smear one tablespoon of ricotta onto each slice of matza.
  3. Top with sliced fruit.
  4. Drizzle honey over the fruit.
