The Best Bean Salad for Picky Eaters

Ingredients

1 16 oz. can black beans, rinsed
1 16 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed
½ red onion, chopped fine
½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest
¼ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
