Ingredients(yields 36 cookies):

1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup chopped almonds


  1. Mix butter, vanilla, and sugar in a large bowl.

  5. Add raisins, oats, and almonds, mixing until combined.
  6. Chill dough in fridge for at least 20 minutes, or overnight.

  8. Place one inch diameter balls of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing evenly.
  9. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
