About this Community

If you love cuddling up with your kids and reading together, you will love PJ library! Being part of PJ library means that your children will each get a FREE Jewish children’s book every month. The books are age-appropriate, kid-tested, beautifully illustrated and best of all - they are about Jewish holidays, values and traditions. You’ll love having a new PJ library book each month almost as much as your children!

Being a part of PJ library is about more than just receiving books and music, though. It’s about strengthening Jewish identity, and connecting our community’s Jewish families through special events and programming. Whether you’re raising your Jewish children in an affiliated, unaffiliated, interfaith, or non-traditional household, anyone between the ages of 6 months and 8 years old is welcome to participate!

PJ Library is available FREE as a gift for the St. Louis area through the Jewish Federation of St. Louis. PJ Library is funded nationally in partnership with The Harold Grinspoon Foundation and locally by the Jewish Federation of St. Louis and the generous support of local Foundations. We are so grateful to our Founding Family, Michael and Leslie Litwack, for their ongoing support.
