About this Community

PJ Library in New York invites families raising Jewish children to create treasured Jewish moments from the simple act of reading stories together. As a subscriber to PJ Library, your child will receive a free age-appropriate book every month that celebrates the joy of Jewish culture, values, and tradition.

In addition to reading PJ Library books at home with your family, we hope you will join us at upcoming events and connect with other PJ Library families in your neighborhood! Check out our latest events presented in partnership with New York Partnership Network organizations here. And meet your local Parent Connector, who is creating meaningful gatherings for families with young children right in your neighborhood!

We are mindful that books at different levels may best suit children with special needs up to and over age 12, and we welcome you to join our PJ Library community. If you have a child with special needs, please contact us at newyork@pjlibrary.org.

We are excited to welcome you and your family to PJ Library in New York! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us:
