Passover Recipe: Layered Parfait

Weekday breakfasts are hectic enough without having to plan around special Passover restrictions. These layered parfaits are so easy to put together that kids can make them on their own. Make a batch together after dinner to save for the morning.

Ingredients:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh berries, sliced
¼ cup toasted nuts (like sliced almonds, walnut halves, or pistachios)
Honey (*optional)

Preparation:

  • Layer the first three ingredients starting with the yogurt until you reach the top of the glass or storage container you’re using.
  • Drizzle with honey
  • Enjoy right away or store in the fridge overnight
