Ingredients
- ½ cup nut or oat butter
- ½ cup of honey
- 3 cups of your favorite dry cereal
- Cooking spray (optional)
Preparation
- In a microwave-safe dish, heat the nut or oat butter on high, 15 seconds at a time, stirring with a rubber spatula, until melted
- Stir in honey
- Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper or spray lightly with cooking spray
- Combine cereal and nut butter mixture together and press into the baking pan
- (The bottom of a mug can help flattern out the bars)
- Cover and let set
- (Moving the mixture to the fridge can speed up the process)
- Slice and enjoy
