THE MISSION OF THE JEWISH FEDERATION of the Berkshires is to build a strong and unified Jewish community in order to ensure the well-being and continuity of the Jewish people in Berkshire County and its environs, in Israel, and throughou t the world.
The Federation is a volunteer organization that pursues its mission through fundraising, community-wide programming, supporting Jewish education and social services, developing leaders, advocating for social action initiatives, f ostering communication and cooperation among Jewish organizations, and by building strong relationships with Israel and the community at large.
