THE JEWISH COMMUNITY FEDERATION of the Greater East Bay and the Center for Jewish Living & Learning work closely with area synagogues and agencies to coordinate local Jewish educational opportunities. There are more than two dozen congregations in the East Bay as well as  two Jewish Community Centers (JCCs), three Jewish Day Schools, and fourteen preschools, all serving the East Bay Jewish community (estimated to be over 120,000).

The Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay is dedicated to building a vibrant and inclusive local Jewish community and to enhancing the well-being of Jews in the East Bay, in Israel, and around the world.
