Pesach is, without a doubt, one of the most popular holidays in the Jewish calendar. In addition to sending books to teach families about Pesach, PJ Library also aims to make the holiday as stress-free as possible (Hey, we’re parents too).
The haggadah is the text that we read during the Seder. Since children, or, let’s face it, some adults, can have trouble sitting through a full Seder, we found five kid-friendly haggadahs that are fun, engaging, and in some cases, totally customizable!
If you’ve got time to DIY, here are three make your own haggadah ideas:
1. My Haggadah Made It Myself
You can purchase a digital download here or visit the link to buy a full pack with stickers included.
2. Haggadot.com
Make your own at this website. Choose a template, add your own template, invite friends to collaborate if you want, and then download. Totally free, interactive, and fun!
3. Toddler-friendly Sensory Haggadah from MomsandCrafters.com.
If you’ve got some craft supplies, felt, and a bit of free time you can also create a sensory-friendly haggadah for your toddler. TIP: cut up old tshirts or jeans to use as some of your fabric.

Everyone’s favorite arachnid, Sammy, has his very own haggadah! We recommend reading our selection, Sammy Spider’s First Passover too.
5. The 10 Minute Haggadah
This adaptation by Rabbi Yonah Bookstein is short, sweet, and great for restless kids (or adults). You can download all two pages of it here.
