THE JEWISH COMMUNITY OF STATEN ISLAND is committed to a vision in which agencies, synagogues, and organizations work together, through PJ Library, to increase involvement in all expressions of Jewish life and nurture Jewish values from generation to generation.

PJ Library offers a wonderful opportunity to make this a reality by providing families with a FREE treasury of Jewish themed books and music! Through the efforts of the Arden Heights Boulevard Jewish Center, Congregation B'nai Jeshurun, Congregation Ohel Abraham, The Jewish Community Center of Staten Island, Temple Emanu-El, and Temple Israel Reform Congregation of Staten Island, and through the generosity of The Slifka Foundation, the youngest members of our Jewish community will have a wonderful collection of age-appropriate literature to guide them on their journey towards a bright future.
