Celebrate the 'Week of the Young Child' with PJ Library Books

The "Week of the Young Child" Celebrate the 'Week of the Young Child' with PJ Library Books begins April 10. Celebrate young children and early learning by reading PJ Library books as a family!

The "Week of the Young Child" is in its 40th year. For four decades, the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) has sponsored the event.

The purpose of the "Week of the Young Child" is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families, and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs.

The theme of this year's "Week of the Young Child" is "Early Years Are Learning Years" -- just perfect for PJ readers, who receive age-appropriate Jewish-content books at various stages in the learning years.

What are you doing to celebrate the "Week of the Young Child?" Whatever it is, we hope your plans include your free PJ Library books.
